Fashion Design
This collection draws attention to the similarities between dystopian novels and reality. By analysing the rise of extremism in political groups and the dangerous implication of when they gain power, I was able to connect dystopian novels to real life examples. Through the use of tailoring, layered features and bead embroidery, I was able to fashion a collection that captures the imagined experience of living under a dystopian fascist regime.
