Kapua Ngeru is a passion project that differs greatly from my previous work, blending animation over live-action footage in a playful mixed media experiment. Guided by the principle of tuakana-teina, both in its narrative and in the way it was made, the project brought together students and graduates at varying stages of their creative fields to create the film on display today.
