Fine Arts
Exploring my own femininity, abjection, questioning the limits of the body and what the body can do. Using latex, bones, hair, found and personal objects, I create familiar yet unfamiliar scenes and ‘beings’. Exploring modes of presentation that provoke the audience to interact, care, play, and observe; activating these beings. Strange and uncomfortable, yet soft and inviting, leaving the viewer wondering whether they should care for them or reject them.
