My work reimagines the home in my own world filled with colour and pattern. Drawing on my connections with family and friends, these painted interiors are filled with sentimental items, overwhelmed with pattern and visual interest. By using pattern and cross-stitch iconography, I explore the intersection of painting and craft, and the contested role of women within these art historical canons.
