I am exploring the concept of entropy through nature and textiles, focusing on how humans create low-entropy, complex structures to create sensory living environments. My work examines how humans transform organic matter into patterns of unrealistic symmetry, revealing tension between order and chaos, domestic and wild, and our instinct to impose structure on the natural world. Our interaction with nature through textile techniques continues throughout the life of the objects.
