The Siege of Kotokai | An in-engine cinematic still from Patriam: The Saga of Roljar - Part I, brought to life through the use of Motion Capture.
Roljar pauses before an ancient Drunathaen colossus, its overgrown form looming above him at a “Point of Interest” somewhere within the rolling fields of Watol.
Gameplay still of Roljar confronting a Hiwotsukerese farmer after an ambush, showing a dialogue option that offers a moral choice between mercy or vengeance.
Bioluminescent flora glow beneath Patriam’s crimson lightning as storms rage through the mountainous rainforests of Watol, painting the night in fleeting scarlet hues.

Screen Arts Game Development
I lead development on Patriam: The Saga of Roljar – Part I, a cinematic 2.5D action sidescroller set in The World of Patriam, among the stormy mountainous rainforests of Watol. Built in Unreal Engine 5.6, the project blends environmental storytelling, motion capture performances, and vibrant environments to create an engaging and entertaining gameplay experience. Through Roljar, I aim to merge cinematic storytelling with interactive immersion, forging worlds that feel lived in, purposeful, and enduring.
