Abode is a pet carrier system for the disaster preparation of cats and small dogs. The carrier caters for disaster-specific animal needs and owner concerns uncovered during my research. This product enables the effective evacuation of owners and their pets, reducing the likelihood of failed evacuations and the severity of outcomes. Through leveraging existing product features, this product achieves preparedness while providing additional purpose to owners' everyday lives.
