In my MFA I wanted to explore how Aotearoa's landscape has influenced New Zealand’s national identity. Boundary Lost is a photographic project that culminated in the exhibition ‘Postcards from New Albion’. With a practice rooted in analogue photography, I took the opportunity to create mural sized darkroom prints, a window into an ‘anytown’ ravaged by capitalism, colonisation and white supremacy, New Albion.
