The State of Flow is a Music project which focuses on enhancing the abilities musicians often overlook. Through research on neuroscience through the lens of flow state in musicians, I created a method of improvisation to create a series of original works. These works have then been produced and evolved using the same methods to create the tracks and visuals presented to you today.
