‘We are learning too’ is Lucy Summerfield’s debut EP which she produced, mixed and co-engineered herself. Each track represents a lesson learned, exploring themes like grief, empowerment and kotahitanga. The project blends contemporary folk/pop with string quartet arrangements, te reo Māori with te reo Pākehā. ‘We are learning too’ is about self-reflection but encourages us to look back with kindness on our younger selves.
