RATES is a random-rate vibrato/delay pedal made for guitar. I took inspiration from oldschool recorded-to-tape guitar sounds from the 50’s and 60’s, and designed this effect to impart some of those sonic imperfections into your guitar sound in a controllable context. Working through this project has given me a great appreciation for the process of designing digital effects, and I look forward to exploring more ideas in the future._x000d_
