‘Emergence’ is a personal as well as collaborative journey that encapsulates the idea of bettering ourselves as creative practitioners. There is a gap that this project fills, in its efforts to create safe working environments for models and designers, working to create a more ethical practice in the fashion world, going against the transactional work that photography is known for. The question and work created around it allows other practitioners to question their own practices, asking themselves how they can better interact with others in their craft.
