The Weight of Concrete traces the slow cycles of construction and decay across urban spaces in Wellington, exploring what happens in the moments between use and neglect. These are places that sit quietly in the background of the city: fenced lots, boarded windows and cracked concrete. They are the in-between spaces we pass daily without noticing, yet they carry their own kind of presence. Each site holds memory, time and use.
