Spatial Design
Rest and Return is a residential home designed to support the lifestyle of menstruating bodies. Utilising traditional modes of timekeeping from the sun and our internal cycles, this home promotes alignment between the environment and those who inhabit them. Using spatial design to place menstruating bodies at the centre - supporting their complex daily and monthly hormonal cycle this space enables intuitive inhabitation and facilitates productivity and wellbeing.
