Spatial Design
Ahi kā is a transformative design, shaped by its people and their actiVĀtion. It prioritises community gatherings to enhance traditional practices such as weaving, kōrero, talanoa, tapa-making, and performance through a space that is made pragmatically to support dynamic facilitation styles. It prioritises people as central agents who activate and define the shifts of space and time, cultivating an environment that fosters learning, growth and celebration, while strengthening the bonds between people and their whakapapa through spatial and cultural sensibilities.
