Rooted in tactile textile processes, my screen-printed collection reflects a deep connection to Te Taiao, the living world of land, people, and memory. ‘Humus’ draws inspiration from the topsoil, the fertile layer that nurtures both life and decay. Through this work, I reflected on my place within these natural cycles, finding humility and continuity in the quiet return of my body to the earth.
