Bye Buy is a multi-touchpoint campaign designed to empower young people to challenge messages in advertising that fuel overconsumption. Taking on the narrative of a break-up, Bye Buy acts as a shoulder to cry on when dumping consumerist values. The centre of the campaign is a challenge made up of daily tasks that build stronger attitudes against the pressure from advertising to constantly consume. Brochure packs displayed at local cafes and libraries contain a guide to the challenge and information about the negative impacts of overconsumption.
