Purls' explores the role of knitting within family, reflecting on how handmade garments can preserve stories, express love, and strengthen intergenerational connection. It features a collection of knitted garments significant to my extended family across generations, accompanied by stories of how each person learned to knit and what the practice means to them. Through book design, I explore the significance of knitting as memorialisation in family contexts.
