In a world of overconsumption and trend-chasing, the relationships we have with our clothing is frayed. Meet MENDS, the fix-it kit and movement bringing repair to the forefront of youth culture. Subverting the belief that repairs should be hidden, MENDS celebrates the rips and tears we make. Young adults are encouraged to connect with their possessions, build community and tell their story. Because clothes are meant to be lived in.
