Eddy and the Lost Teddy is a children’s book (ages 4–7) about the link between anger and sadness. It shows how anger often masks deeper, more vulnerable feelings, and helps kids build emotional intelligence by recognising and naming those emotions. Through Eddy’s story, children learn to think more deeply about what they’re feeling and why, developing healthier ways to process and express emotions.
