Maybe Mabel is an engaging graphic novel that introduces children to stage performance anxiety. Through the experiences of protagonist Mabel, the story explores the main ways anxiety manifests itself, as stage fright, imposter syndrome or the feeling of having butterflies in your stomach. By following the methods Mabel uses to overcome each obstacle, children will learn simple and effective tools to manage these anxious feelings.
